The chalet currently on 7.3 acres of land, will be split off and is in process of being sold on a pre-approved 6 001 sq. metre lot. Located 7 km from the north side access of the Mont Tremblant ski hill, 8 km from the entrance to Mont Tremblant park. The chalet is situated next to my house and could become available for ski seaon but is currently offered for weekly summer rentals. Dog swimming is permitted accompanied by their (responsible) masters. In winter, it is also acceptable to bring them on the lake when snow-shoeing or cross-country skiing, again so long as the dog is under control so as not to bother others on the lake who might not be so partial to dogs as we are.
The domain with its own private beach across the street on the pristine Lake Superior is located near all kinds of winter and summer activities including alpine & cross country skiing, snowshoeing while during summer, spring and autumn outdoor activities. There is fine dining, a general store with SAQ (alcohol) within walking distance, a small village ~10 kms awy. The larger village or of course the resort is ~20km away. Activities are plentiful in the region.

À 7km du versant nord de Mont Tremblant et le parc, a coté de ma maison, il est maintenant a louer pour des semaines en été et éventuellement possiblement pour la saison du ski. Toute location donne accès à la plage privée de 465m2 sur l'autre côté de la rue, qui borde le lac Supérieur sur 30m de long. Les chiens sont les bienvenus si sous contrôle.
À distance de marche, on a accès à une table gastronomique ainsi qu’à un magasin général qui fait aussi office de comptoir de la SAQ. Le village de St-Faustin / Lac Carré est a 10km, St-Jovite ou le côté sud de Tremblant est ~20km. Il y'a biensûr beacoup d'activités dans le secteur.email +1 514 844 4885 v. +1 819 688 2573 t.
